All Expandable Empire builds are fully prefabricated, built off-site and then assembled and installed at your location. This streamlined process minimises on-site construction time, offering a flexible and efficient solution for those needing adaptable living spaces.

Once your order is placed and construction is complete, your expandable home is delivered to your desired location. Upon arrival, it is swiftly expanded and set up, ready for use in no time.
The structure of our expandable houses
The main structure of our expandable houses is built from high-strength steel, ensuring exceptional durability and resilience. This sturdy framework is designed to resist seismic activity, compression and deformation, making it a reliable choice for long term use. Additionally the heavy-duty structure undergoes galvanizing treatment, which significantly reduces the risk of rust and enhancing its longevity in various environments.
Our flooring consists of cold-rolled steel profiles, with 18mm Magnesium Oxide Underfloor resistant to fire, moisture, mould, and mildew and built for high traffic, whilst our walls that are insulated with 75mm EPS, providing superior heat insulation, and to further protect the structure the wall panels are covered with a zinc coated steel sheet and applied with a Crystal Carbon interior panel for style perfect comfort and will protect your new home from the normal wear and tear.
This combination of materials ensures that we nail the creature comforts, are the best built in the market and ensures your tiny home on wheels remains energy-efficient, strong and really built to last

Step one
Come visit us by booking an appointment or just call, We’ll listen, give you expert advice and customize your new home.
Step Two
We’ll collab on the customisations, figure out whether payment will be outright or finance, then we’ll finalise and we’ll leave you a small list of to do’s before your new home is on it’s way to you.
Step Three
We deliver your new home, conduct a full QA check, and within hours of it being dropped off, you’re set up.
