Expandable Empire was born from a personal need—to create more space for family to stay, gather and grow together.
We’re Paul and Millie – a young Aussie family with two beautiful children who’ve travelled the country for work, and in doing so, we’ve seen the harsh reality of Australia’s housing crisis up close. From skyrocketing prices to limited availability, we know how tough it can be to find a place to truly call home.
That’s why we decided to do something about it.
